Plastic Numerics

（Typography with Material）

For this program, I divide the numbers into several parts through adobe illustrator first. Then I lasercut the acrylic with different colors, and glue all the parts together to form a light box.

It cannot generate light itself, while due to the personality of the acrylics, it can relect light. The light would overlap through the acrylics and create mysterious light effect.

For me, it is a chance to explore the material instead of being restricted on computer. The plastic material really brings a surprise to me.
